Day 4: Sioux Falls, SD --> Badlands, SD

Last night was a rough one, we made it all the way to Minnesota and had to pull over the van to do some minor adjustments. We quickly found out Minnesota is wicked cold but the people are friendly!

First stop today was Sioux Falls, SD.

Sioux Falls was amazing. It was a great stop to stretch our legs and provided amazing scenery for pictures.

Journeying to our next spot, The Badlands, we came across a sign that was calling our names. "Feed the prairie dogs!"

New idea.. Bow Ties for small creatures!

We naturally had to stop and check it out! Prairie dogs are adorable little creatures but would look even cuter with bow ties.

Shortly in the distance we entered The Badlands.

Our camp is off the beaten path tonight but will be a true "in nature" camp experience.

So far South Dakota is a beautiful state, with lucious green hills and mountainous desert land.

Off to Mt. Rushmore tomorrow!
